We have developed fruitful relationships with relevant authorities as well as a sound working knowledge of their Codes to assist with our clients’ compliance issues.
Advertising
We provide advice on regulatory matters including the Ofcom Codes, Advertising Codes and Communications legislation. The team provides representation in response to alleged breaches of the codes and we have worked with clients to prepare consultation responses on matters of interest and relevance to their businesses.
Broadcasting
We represent a number of multi-channel and specialist television broadcasters offering advice on their general commercial needs as regards both delivery and content. Familiar with the industry-specific considerations faced by this sector, we offer efficient and practical advice to our broadcasters in a variety of forms.

Entertainment Licensing

We also have close contacts with collection societies and we negotiate and settle appropriate rates to license music usage for the events.
