Patricia has recently joined Calvert Solicitors after many years working in magic circle, silver circle and other top city firms. She practices in all areas of commercial property work, including large portfolio acquisitions and disposals, general sale, purchase and leasehold transactions acting on behalf of both seller and buyer and landlord and tenant.

Patricia’s experience has included acting for airlines including the negotiation of land and air-side property rights; sale of hotel portfolios and ancillary support properties into an offshore trust with management back agreements; acting for property development companies acquiring retail, commercial and high value inner London sites for urban regeneration, mixed use development and either part or whole site disposal; including advice on planning, social housing / residential landlord aspects site remediation and preservation of listed buildings. General title investigation and advice, bearing in mind the end use.
