Jack’s background is in music and media; he completed an internship at a major record label then worked in advertising with a commercial radio company for six years before training as a solicitor.
During his training, Jack gained experience in most of the firm’s practice areas. He has advised clients on a range of matters including in relation to music recording and publishing, regulatory consultation, company formation and constitution, business structure, directors and shareholders, joint ventures, reorganisations, acquisitions, debt and equity securities, professional appointments, intellectual property infringement, licenses and general commercial contracts.
Jack has worked with broadcasters, media production companies, designers, architects, distributors, musicians, live promoters, sports agencies and property developers, among others.
