Leni Croker

Leni has gained experience in all disciplines of the firm since she began training in 2006, qualifying in September 2008. She has been the case worker in litigation matters in both the employment tribunals and county courts and has assisted Nigel Calvert on the firm’s more significant contentious matters such as Dearlove -v- Combs [2007] EWCR.

In the commercial field, Leni has been instrumental in securing the completion of some of the firm’s major acquisitions and merger transactions and has advantageously negotiated corporate and senior employment contracts for our clients. This commercial work has led to her development of niche sector work in the gaming and broadcasting industries.

The firm’s IP clients range from designers and architects to photographers and musicians, for whom she has acted in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Our clients value her empathetic approach to the protection of their IP rights, which strives to balance the legal and artistic needs of their creations.
