Brendan has specialised in construction law since qualification and has acted for a variety of banks, developers, contractors, professional consultants and tenants. He is experienced in all aspects of non-contentious construction – advising on, negotiating and drafting letters of intent, building contracts, bonds, guarantees, consultant appointments, collateral warranties and third party rights and also the construction elements of related real estate and banking documentation including agreements for lease, development and funding agreements.
