Complaints

We are committed to providing our clients with legal advice of the highest quality.  A client who is unsatisfied about the advice received from us is fully entitled to complain. This entilement extends to concerns raised regarding a bill that we have rendered for our services.

If a client is dissatisfied with the our handling of a complaint they may be entitled to ask the Legal Ombudsman of England and Wales to consider their complaint.  Any client may also be entitled to apply for an assessment of a bill sent by the Firm under Part III of the Solicitors Act 1974.

Responsibility for regulation and complaints is handled independently by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Legal Ombudsman.
